Аннотация
Приводится краткая история возникновения и развития наукометрии, описывается практика использования наукометрии для оценки научной деятельности в России. Особый упор делается на проблемы использования конкретных показателей и ошибки в их использовании. Предлагаются возможные варианты использования библиометрических показателей, учитывающие международный опыт.
